Refund / Return Policy

As long as the products remain in the original condition when you receive them, we can refund you for any reason within 14 days after you receive the products. But you need to pay the around way delivery fees. If 14 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected], and we will instruct you on the steps. Please contact us by email to request a return address before return and exchange. Email: [email protected]

We cannot refund if it occurs in one of the following two situations.

  • You send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  • Choose the return method for cash on delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.

If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product. The exchange time may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $100, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not refund you if we can not receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account or contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you can’t find the refund, please contact us at [email protected].
