The Swatten Stackable-Battery is a modular solar battery storage solution offered in 9.6kWh or 12.8kWh modules (models SieB-H9600-F and SieB-H12K8-F). 

Each module provides around 9.6–12.8 kWh nominal capacity at roughly 51.2 V, using safe LiFePO4 (LFP) cells with an integrated battery management system (BMS) for long life.

Installation Requirements

To ensure the reliable performance of your Swatten battery, please follow these guidelines:

  • Environment: Choose a sheltered, well-ventilated location protected from direct sunlight, rain, snow, and corrosive substances. Indoor or outdoor installation is supported (IP65-rated).
  • Mounting Surface: The wall or support surface must be flat, fireproof, and strong enough to bear the weight of multiple stacked modules.
  • Positioning: Install each module vertically with no tilt. Keep the system out of children’s reach and at least 30 m away from any wireless devices operating below 30 MHz.
  • Altitude & Clearance: Installation site must be below 2000 m above sea level. Maintain clearance on all sides of the solar battery stack to allow sufficient airflow for heat dissipation.

Tools & Equipment Needed

Battery Installation Process

Step 1: Attach the adjustable feet to the battery base. Ensure the base is stable and level.
Step 2: Position the base against the wall. Use a marker to note drilling points. Remove the base before drilling.
Step 3: Drill the marked holes and insert expansion bolts.
Step 4: Secure the base to the wall. Then place the first battery module on the base, aligning it properly.
Step 5: Stack additional modules (up to 8 total) by aligning and locking them in sequence. Attach wall brackets on opposite sides for enhanced stability.
Step 6: Mount the PCU (Power Control Unit) on top of the battery stack and tighten inter-module screws.
Step 7: Remove the terminal cover to prepare for the final electrical connection phase.
